Bob Call Shaved Time off His Marathon Times

My roommate was meeting with Jason and invited me to come along. Although I wasn’t looking to lose weight or bulk up for body building, I was interested in learning how nutrition could fit into my training program. I am a competitive runner and am continually striving to get better. Working with Jason gave me the tools to fuel properly for my training and racing. I’ve dropped 11 minutes off my best marathon time to run a 3:27! Better yet I have more energy for everyday activities. Thanks!
