Coaching with a fully custom nutrition/macro plan, custom cardio plan, custom training plan, supplementation recommendations, weekly check-ins, and ongoing monitoring and plan changes for both contest prep OR general health.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Programs will be based on the macro system, and you will be given access to our very own online diet calculator with your own login and password. Alec will provide you with the amount of protein, carbs, and fats you need to hit for the day, and each meal, and you can build a diverse plan using the diet calculator which is owned and has been developed by Scooby Prep and Natty Nutrition. All programs include unlimited emails, all adjustments to the macros, constant monitoring, custom training if added on below, cardio types and times, and supplement advice and recommendations—all in an effort to create a one-stop-shop.

You will be in constant contact with Alec on a WEEKLY or DAILY basis to report morning dry weight along with other important details of how the prior days have been going. You will send Alec pictures once per week or 2, or upon request, which may be sooner towards the end of prep or longer in a growth phase.
**NOTE: you will automatically be signed up for renewals (described below). You will be charged on the same day of each month. If you do not want to continue working with Scooby Prep please cancel your subscription OR email Alec directly at alec@scoobyprep.com and request for the monthly renewals to be cancelled.
**Please be aware that the monthly fee is paying for Alec's TIME, NOT for a new meal plan - you will likely not receive a new meal plan every month. Alec will monitor your progress and make changes as necessary. Your meal and supplement plan only changes when your body NEEDS it, which is based on the discretion of Alec (though your input is always welcome).
**By purchasing this and submitting your information you agree to the following statement: "I authorize Natty Nutrition, LLC (DBA Scooby Prep), or agent, to charge my credit card in the amount of $275 for the first month and $175 each month after until I cancel (see below how to cancel). If my credit card payment is declined my membership may be cancelled immediately and I will be responsible for a processing fee of $30 paid by an alternate method."
