Programs are based on the macro system, and you will be given access to our own online diet calculator with your own login and password. Alex will provide you with a custom meal plan for the correct amount of protein, carbs, and fat per meal that you need to hit for the day. You are able to build a diverse plan using the diet calculator developed by Scooby Prep and Natty Nutrition. All programs include unlimited emails, all adjustments to macros, constant monitoring, and times and supplement advice and recommendations.
