This package is to work specifically with Meredith Paci and it includes a CUSTOM nutrition plan, guidance on training, recommendations on supplementation, plus monitoring and plan changes. For contest prep OR general nutrition.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Programs will be based on the macro system, and you will be given access to our very own online diet calculator with your own login and password. Meredith will provide you with the amount of protein, carbs and fats you need to hit for the day, and each meal, and you can build a diverse plan using the diet calculator which is owned and has been developed by Scooby Prep and Natty Nutrition. All programs include unlimited emails, all adjustments to the macros, constant monitoring, cardio types and times and supplement advice and recommendations—all in effort to create a one stop shop.

You will be in constant contact with Meredith on a DAILY basis to report morning dry weight along with other important details of how the prior days have been going. You will send Meghan pictures once per week, or upon request, which may be sooner towards the end of prep.
**NOTE: you will automatically be signed up for renewals (described below). You will be charged on the same day of each month. If you do no want to continue working with Scooby Prep please cancel your subscription OR email Meredith directly at Mere@scoobyprep.com and request for the monthly renewals to be cancelled.
**Please be aware that the monthly fee is paying for Mere's TIME, NOT for a new meal plan - you will likely not receive a new meal plan every month. Mere will monitor your progress and make changes as necessary. Your meal and supplement plan only changes when your body NEEDS it, which is based on the discretion of Meredith (though your input is always welcome).
**By purchasing this and submitting your information you agree to the following statement: "I authorize Natty Nutrition, LLC (DBA Scooby Prep), or agent, to charge my credit card in the amount of $300 for the first month and $250 each month after until I cancel (see below how to cancel). If my credit card payment is declined my membership may be cancelled immediately and I will be responsible for a processing fee of $30 paid by an alternate method."
