Ive been into fitness and the whole gym lifestyle now for over 25 years. It wasn’t until the beginning of last year where I finally decided to showcase all those years of dedication and compete on stage for my first Classic Physique show.
With the help of Coach Chris, The CSJ Scooby Prep system not only properly prepared me to compete in fitness shows, but it has also educated me a lot about nutrition in general. Not only did I enhance my knowledge about nutrition through Scooby Prep, but I learned how to properly meal plan on a weekly basis through the macros Coach Chris has set up for me for the week. The great part of this program is the daily check ins and weekly progress pics submitted to Coach Chris. By doing this, it not only keeps you motivated on a week to week basis, but it helps establish weekly goals to maximize your full potential on your fitness journey. What I like most about the program is not only does this elevate my game in this sport, but when all the competing is over, I can take all the knowledge that I learned from Coach Chris and the Scooby Prep system and apply it to my everyday fitness lifestyle.
I have used this system for my past 2 shows already and am currently in preparation on my 3rd show using the same methods and techniques guided by Coach Chris and Scooby Prep. Using this program is the only method I know for competing and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
